Positive: I love the size of the suites and we love the location. We have been coming here for years
Negative: Our room had broken marble on the front of the tub, the chairs both had loose legs, not safe to sit in. The room darkening shades were very dirty, and there were staples coming out of the rug.

Positive: Suite was very spacious. The 2 beds and 2 baths comfortably fit a family of 4. The outside shower was much appreciated after a day at Easton’s beach.
Negative: The smell outside was horrendous! I was never informed that a sewage treatment facility was nearby. The smell detoured us from enjoying the beach. Prior to my visit I called to inquire about ‘beach service’. The attendant reassured me that ’beach service’ was available. Unfortunately, this service was not provided. This was a huge miscommunication since I was traveling over 6 hours for a beach.

Positive: Close to the beach. Room was spacious and comfortable
Negative: The elevator was broken for most of our stay. The rooftop whirlpool wasn’t working so we couldn’t access the rooftop patio. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee pods for the keurig pot in the room. I had to keep going to the front desk and ask for them. No outdoor grounds to sit outside
Summary: It was a comfortable room and location was good. Too expensive for what we got

Positive: The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful!! Brandon, Kristin, & Milton were wonderful!! I will definitely be booking through Brandon again!! My room had the best views!! Love walking across the street everyday to Easton Beach! I enjoyed the daily breakfast!!
